The day begins early at Mannix Heating & Cooling, as we prepare to serve our valued customers across Maryland and Virginia. After checking our service schedule and loading up the van with essential parts and tools, we’re ready to tackle whatever HVAC challenges await.

First Call – 8:00 AM

Our first stop is in Montgomery Village, where a homeowner reports their AC isn’t cooling properly. These early summer calls are common as systems start working harder to maintain comfortable temperatures.

Mid-Morning – 10:30 AM

Heading to Rockville for a routine maintenance check. Preventative maintenance is crucial for system longevity, and we take pride in helping our customers avoid costly repairs down the road.

Afternoon Services

The afternoon schedule typically includes:

  • Emergency heating repair in Gaithersburg
  • New furnace consultation in Centreville
  • Air filter replacement in Chantilly
  • System diagnostic check in Dulles

End of Day – 5:00 PM

Before heading back to headquarters, we ensure all paperwork is complete and the next day’s schedule is confirmed. We might get emergency calls throughout the evening – that’s just part of providing reliable HVAC service to our community.
